On December 13th 2023, the Ambassador and General Consul of Panama in Greece, H.E. Julie Lymberopulos, organised and cordially hosted a Christmas lunch at her Residence, with special guests the Women Ambassadors accredited to the Hellenic Republic and the Honourable Mrs. Dionysia – Theodora Avgerinopoulou, Member of the Hellenic Parliament and Chairperson of the Special Permanent Committee on Environmental Protection.
During the lunch, the Women Ambassadors had the chance to meet with Mrs. Dionysia – Theodora Avgerinopoulou and discuss the upcoming 9th ‘Our Ocean Conference’, which will take place from 15th-17th April 2024 in Athens, Greece and the impacts of climate change, overfishing and marine pollution.
All present were delighted at the opportunity to meet with a Greek MP and their female colleagues, extending their gratitude to Ambassador Lymberopulos for organising such an informative event.
